Bio and Teacher Training:
I’ve been working as an instructor for TeacherReady for a few years now. I really think it’s a great route for new teachers. I’m an alternate router myself. However, I earned my certificate in Mississippi, so I went through a different program. I have 10 years of teaching experience (in both English and ESE). I have taught in New Jersey and Mississippi, and am currently teaching high school English in Navarre, Florida. I’m also the girl’s track and cross-country coach. I’m married to a teacher/coach. He teaches ESE at Tate High School in Pensacola, Florida, and is the defensive coordinator for Tate’s football team. We have two young daughters, Amelia and JoLeigh.
