Meghan returned to the United States after spending nearly nine years in France, where she became fluent in French, taught English as a second and third language and worked as an interpreter and translator. Living overseas has given her unique opportunities to experience a multitude of cultures and make friends throughout the world. Meghan also has years of experience in higher education, including Student Life administration and as an adjunct professor. With her Master of Science in Counseling, Meghan has worked as an individual, group and family therapist and supported group home and foster children with IEPs and school placements. In her spare time, Meghan enjoys downtown Pensacola restaurants with her family, Krav Maga self-defense, weightlifting and walks with their three rescue dogs.
