A study commissioned by Blue Star Families found that 43% of military spouses are jobless. In addition, the study estimates that military spouses who hold a bachelor’s degree earn 40% less and are increasingly underemployed. At TeacherReady®, we are working tirelessly to change these disheartening statistics through offering an alternative route to become a teacher. In fact, our TeacherReady® Online Teaching Certification Program has helped more than 275 military spouses and 600 service members earn a professional teaching certificate.

Without a doubt, teaching offers a perfect career opportunity for military spouses or veterans interested in employment. For that reason, the TeacherReady® Online Certification Program provides a flexible, learn anytime and anywhere, option for those around the world to earn a professional teaching certificate. Therefore, if you are a military spouse and/or veteran with a bachelor’s degree and want to become a teacher, let us assist you!
