How much time does the field experience take? Do I need to be in the classroom every day or every week?

You will spend two to six hours per week in your mentor’s classroom. You will work with your mentor teacher to establish a time to complete these assignments. The final field experience will be teaching five, full, consecutive days in your mentor’s classroom. During this assignment, you will be the teacher of the class for five school days. Your mentor teacher will observe your teaching techniques and provide feedback to the TeacherReady Program Director.
