How do you notify the Florida Department of Education that I have completed the program?

Once you have completed all coursework and fieldwork and submitted your official score report and eligible statement of eligibility to your Success Hub, we will submit the required forms to the Florida Certification Office for review 90 days after your eligible statement of eligibility processing date. It takes approximately 30 days for the state to complete their certification process.
