Do you send someone from your office to observe me in the field while I teach?

No. Your mentor teacher will observe your teaching techniques and submit the required forms to our office for review. A Mentor Handbook will be provided to your mentor at the beginning of the program. All the information needed by the mentor teacher, including the required forms, will be provided in the handbook.
