Jennifer Cardwell, EDS
Jennifer Cardwell received her Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of North Alabama, Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Alabama A & M University, and her Educational Specialist Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Alabama. She has taught elementary education for 15 years, with experience in second, third, fifth, and sixth grades. During the course of her career she has helped colleagues as a School Technology Coordinator and Mentor, Grade Level Leader, Supervising Teacher, and Mentor Teacher. She has held leadership positions as a member of the Digital Renaissance Leadership Team, SACS Steering Committee, ARI Committee, and Continuous Improvement Team. She has also been recognized as the Madison County Schools Elementary Teacher of the Year, a Disney’s American Teacher Award Nominee, and a Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers. She believes teaching is a privilege and considers it is an honor to guide, teach, and care for her students.
